TimeGridCare
For compliance & quality teams

The evidence is ready before anyone asks.

Credentials and training with expiry alerts, EVV exceptions with recorded resolutions, incident records, audit logging, and medication reports, so quality teams review documentation as it happens.

Agency console compliance: staff cleared to work, expired and expiring credentials
What gets in the way

Reviews shouldn’t start with a scavenger hunt.

“We found the expired license during the audit.”

Credential tracking in spreadsheets misses dates.

“No one remembers why that visit was edited.”

Corrections without a record are hard to explain.

“Incident details are scattered.”

Reports live in emails and paper forms.

Does TimeGrid Care support Medicaid EVV in our state?

TimeGrid Care captures EVV at every visit: GPS and a photo at clock-in and clock-out, automatic exceptions, and an audit trail. State programs differ in which EVV systems they accept and how data is submitted, so we review your state’s EVV model with you during a demo.

Are changes to records logged?

Yes. Audit logging records activity across the platform.

Can we see expiring credentials ahead of time?

Yes. Expiry alerts flag credentials and trainings before they lapse.

Is TimeGrid Care HIPAA compliant?

TimeGrid Care is built with HIPAA-related safeguards, and TimeGrid operates under its own signed BAA. Customer agencies can contact us about a separate BAA. HIPAA compliance also depends on your agency’s own policies and use.
